Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Courseeker, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Courseeker.

In these terms, "Courseeker", "we" and "us" mean Faisal Adiprabowo, an individual based in Indonesia, who operates the service.

You must be 18 or older to use Courseeker. Nobody under 18 may use it, even with a parent's or guardian's consent.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we delete the account.

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address.

Courseeker helps you turn a learning goal into a plan: a route through existing learning materials, with practice and checks of your work.

Courseeker uses AI to build plans and generate content. Section 4 explains the limits of that content.

Plans, explanations and feedback in Courseeker are generated by AI models. They can be inaccurate or incomplete.

AI-generated content is not professional advice.

Check important information before you rely on it.

We do not guarantee any learning, career or other outcome.

Courseeker links to courses, videos, articles and other materials made by third parties. We link to them; we do not host them.

These materials belong to their owners.

When you use Courseeker, do not:

abuse the service, its AI features or its infrastructure;

scrape content or data from Courseeker;

access Courseeker with bots, scripts or other automated tools;

bypass, or try to bypass, rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules (see section 10).

You own the content you add to Courseeker, such as your goals, answers and submissions.

You grant Courseeker a licence to store, process and display that content to operate the service. This includes sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Courseeker owns the product, the Courseeker name and brand, and the structure Courseeker generates for plans.

Courseeker is free to use for now.

We will announce any fees before we introduce them.

You can delete your account at any time by email to hello@courseeker.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms.

The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data after your account is deleted.

Courseeker is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on AI-generated content or third-party materials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

When we change these terms, we update the "Last updated" date at the top.

For material changes, we also tell you in the app or by email.
